very nice cover made in some leather-like style, limited to 500 copies.
In accordance with the cover, there should be an amount of discs on coloured
vinyl, but they were never made! In almost every book you read about Bowie,
this disc and the second LP MODERN
LOVE FOR YOUNG AMERICANS (1983)
are said to be recorded in Frankfurt 20.05.83, but it wasn't! The easiest
way to be convinced is to compare it with the LP NOTHIN' BUT
A STAR (1983). This is absolutely
München! For some strange reason was this disc and MS 1 and MS 2 pressed
in a quantity of 5000 copies! You can see in the rest of the LP section
that it was a bit optimistic number, because of all the different titles
they were sold under. It would be a little bit more understandable if the
sound quality was good, but it is rather bad! |
