COMMENTS: The first bootleg album ever with Bowie! This was the only "complete"version of this show on disc before the official release in 1995 ('Ziggy Stardust from Mars Live'). With the "complete" version meansthe DJ's comments. The front insert is in red and the one on the back sideis in blue. The double set was sometimes split and sold as two single LP:s,still with the original inserts. The sound quality on this double albumis not as excellent as on the later issued TMQ discs, maybe that's why itwas never copied? Some of the songs have faulty titles. Anyway, a very rarealbum! Later issues came in a printed blue and white cover, which was ratherunusual for the early/mid 70's. That cover has no title and is simply calledDAVID BOWIE. The same mistakes with the song titles were repeated on thiscover. |
